Water draining out of Ruud Air Inut?
I have water draining from my central unit after each cycle. You can hear it, and when I opened door unit is in, you can see it is wet under unit. It is hot and humid here, and has been running alot. Have I got a blockage, and where,,and how do I clean out obstruction?
Draining water? How RUUD! 
You probably have a blockage in the drainage pipe, that would normally drain the water into a pan where it would evaporate. If you can't find locate the source and clean it out (a pipecleaner would work well), unfortunately you'll have to call an a/c repair person.
Some Unknown Facts About Water Heaters
Water heater is such an appliance that is found in majority of houses. Though we use it frequently, we don't know much about its invention.
There are two types of water heaters, namely, tankwater heaters and tankless water heaters. The inventor of the tankwater heater is Edwin Ruud. The heater does its work slowly and the water remains warm for a long time. These heaters are not preferred by some people because these take much time to warm the water and most models do not kill the germs while heating.
Tankless water heaters use more advanced technology and easy to use. It was invented by Maughan in the 1970's. It has radiators that keep it heated for a long time and the user need not heat it repeatedly. Those heaters which have the exhaust vent made of PVC should be used as there is no wastage of energy in such models. Tankless heaters do not have storage tanks and can easily be installed. It is also called on-demand water heaters. On-demand heaters supply hot water to people according to their requirements. These heaters come in small packages as there is no storage tank.
Some water heaters do not use much energy. These varieties do not use energy when there is no need for hot water thus reducing standby heat loss. According to estimation, in a typical shower 2.5 gallons of water is required per minute and tankless heaters can supply about 6 gallons per minute. There is a gas burner that maintains the high temperature. Due to its low price, these heaters are considered to be commercially favorable. It is used in salons, gyms, restaurants, and public places.
These radiators should be installed carefully. Electric tankless radiators are costly, so it is a good idea to use the ones powered by gas. The device should be used economically as the machine uses much gas while heating.
