Plumber boiler replacement?
My plumber just installed a new boiler. However he left the old boiler on the wall in the kitchen. As new boiler is In the loft does this mean it is all disconnected and I can take boiler down myself? Just had rewire to so electric is definitely disconnected.
If the boiler is in the loft I hope he ensured proper access. Floor boards, banister, stairs.
If not he broke building regulations. A loft unless there is proper access is really bad place for a boiler. Call me stupid but I would have thought take the old boiler off the wall and put the new
one in it's place.
